NASA opens up challenges to foster development "Night Rover"

NASA frequently opens up challenges to foster development of latest and thrilling space technology, and it looks similar to it's come up to with a mostly challenging one lately, it’s asking attracted parties to expand a solar-powered "Night Rover" that can hoard up sufficient energy through the day to maintain to work throughout the night.
